RCI Board Members

Dr. Leonard Lupiya is a graduate of Living Waters Theological College ( Harare Zimbabwe), Logos University (Jacksonville Florida, USA), Aidan University (Jacksonville, Florida ,USA), and he holds a Ph.D in Leadership and Organisational Management and a doctorate degree in Sacramental Theology.
Dr. Leonard Lupiya is the currently Presiding Bishop for Disciples Fellowship Ministries International (DFMI and a member of the CEEC and Order of St. Leonard Councils of Bishops in England and USA. and also serves as a Executive member of the National Leadership Team ( NLT ) of Fellowship of Churches of Christ (FCC) in United Kingdom. He sits on the board of regents and is currently the of Logos University Florida USA and Executive Director of Logos University Europe. He was recently conferred with a title Professor by the Executive board of Logos University for his academic excellency, spiritual profundity and his contribution in opening many satellites of logos University world wide.

He was also appointed Senior Vice President (International affairs) for LU worldwide overseeing and managing accreditation of theological colleges in more than 34 countries where LU has been established since 1977 the post he holds to date.

Dr. Leonard Lupiya has been serving as a minister of the gospel since 1993. He served as a Pastor in Apostolic Faith Mission in Zambia (AFM), UK and AFM International. He was also General Secretary for AFM national executive committee Zambia and thereafter he was elected President and Presiding Bishop of the denomination overseeing hundreds of Churches. Dr Leonard Lupiya served as Principal of World Outreach Theological College and Academic Adviser and Chairman of Kasupe Bible College. He is currently Principal of UK school of theology a theological college accredited to Logos University in Britain. He is an affiliate of Remnant Churches International, International, Inc. (RCI) and serves as a board member of the RCI Board of Directors.

Bishop is married to Mailes Lupiya a chartered accountant by profession and also serving as an associate pastor with him . God has blessed them with two gorgeous children Shammah and Tehillah. They’re blessed with two gorgeous children Shammah ( son ) and Tehillah ( daughter) . Dr Leonard Lupiya is a church planter at heart and has opened churches in Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, United Kingdom, South Africa, USA , Zimbabwe and Botswana .

Overseer Samuel Hampton II
Samuel Lee Hampton II is the eldest son of Suffragan Bishop Samuel Lee Hampton, Sr. and Dr. Lula Hampton.  In 1996, Overseer Hampton II received his call to the ministry. He was ordained and licensed as an Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., in July 1999. He has served in various offices at First Apostolic Faith Church in Akron, Ohio. He began as a Sunday School Teacher, Media Ministry Director, and Youth Pastor. On August 31, 2009, he was elected as Senior Pastor of First Apostolic Faith Church, affectionately known as “The Faith Place”.

His quest for excellence in learning and leading began in his formative school years at Norton High School. He continued his quest for higher learning at Mount Vernon Nazarene College and Berean Bible Institute, an extension of Aenon Bible College. He has also earned Masters Degrees in Pastoral Ministry and Christian Leadership from Grand Canyon University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Theology from Christian International Bible College in Columbus, Ohio.

He does not only serve His church, but also his community. He serves with Education, Motivation, Success (E.M.S.), which is a group made up of clergy, elected and social officials, and educational leaders poised to help increase the educational success of young people. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Love Akron Network, Inc. and works the Akron Faith Community, along with Torch Club. He also serves on the Board of First Faith Development Corporation, which is engaged in impacting its community through connecting, training, and developing individuals.

In 2015, he was appointed as President of the College of Pastors for the Ecclesial Pastor Affiliation (E.P.A.) by Canon Bishop Wayne Fitzpatrick. In November 2018, he was elevated to the office of Overseer of this great fellowship. The E.P.A. is a fellowship of Bishops, Pastors, and ministry leaders to provide spiritual development, economic support, and most of all to win souls through the sharing of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is an affiliate of Remnant Churches International, International, Inc. (RCI) and serves as a board member of the RCI Board of Directors.

Overseer Samuel Hampton II passionate purpose and priority is to empower people through the Word of God to accomplish the work of the Kingdom of God. He shares his purpose, with his wife, Elder Meranda Hampton. Together Overseer Sam and Elder Meranda are committed to the charge given to them by God, and are dedicated to the mission of the church, which is to be Christ Centered, Family Focused, and Community Conscious.

Leo S. Lewis, Jr. the Teacher, the Prophet, the Levite was born in Montgomery, Al, August 15, 1978 to Bishop and Mrs. Leo Spencer Lewis, Sr. Leo is the Pastor of Macedonia Ministries’, The Pattern, a contemporary, young adult ministry for those who love God, but hate church. God has uniquely anointed Pastor Leo, to speak prophetically into the lives of those who are hurting, infirmed, and distraught. Pastor Leo loves God with all his heart, mind, and spirit, which is displayed in his ability to conduct choirs, praise teams, and music seminars. He recognizes that if it had not been for God’s grace and mercy, he would not be ministering today.

Many lives have been changed, by the power of God, as Pastor Leo has taught the truths of His word. Pastor Leo serves as a prophet to his generation. His sensitive ear to the voice of God has allowed him to speak and declare specific events and many confirming words into the lives of many. Pastor Leo is known as a present day Jude, as he without compromise, continues to contend for the faith. He still believes that Holiness and much sacrifice are the keys to unlock the signs, miracles, and wonders for the believer.

Pastor Marcus Neal
Marcus A. Neal is chosen and anointed for End Time Ministry. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the youngest of four children born to Mary Harris and Gordon Woods. As a third generation Pentecostal he was poured into by his mother and grandmother Missionary Reba Hogan. He received the baptism of the Holy Spirit thus given his life to the Lord at the age of 17 at Greater Christ Temple under Bishop E.C. Haywood.
Marcus completed his grade schooling in Fort Wayne, Indiana and went on to pursue a bachelors degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Marcusaccepted the call to preach at the age of eighteen years old. He delivered his first message on the campus of Indiana University. As a young man, he was busy for the Lord. He served as a minister, altar worker, and prayer ministry leader. He was appointed Youth Leader and under his leadership God used him to influence and impact many young people’s lives.
Marcus, began to hear a higher call but as many ministers, he was hesitant desiring to be in the center of Gods will. The Lord spoke to him in March of 2013, during his first prophetic conference “The Encounter” from Isaiah 68 and more directly from verse 12 calling him “THE REPAIRER OF THE BREACH, THE RESTORER OF PATHS.
The Lord transitioned him to serve under Overseer Joel C. Lofton of Abundant Life Christ Centered Ministries. During this time of preparation, Marcus travelled with Overseer Lofton to Africa, South Africa, and the United Kingdom thus broadening his scope of ministry. The Lord spoke to Elder Neal to begin making preparations to birth a ministry.
In February of 2017, Rehoboth Worship Center was birthed. Pastor Neal is under the covering of Remnant Churches International, International, Inc. (RCI) Overseer Joel Lofton is the founder. He is also a board member of the RCI Board of Directors.
